Patient Selection: For those patients that will be removing the liner in their sport shoe. Indications: Generalized foot pain • Knee pain • Low back pain • Severe pronation • Rearfoot and forefoot deformities. Materials: High-density 1/8” polypropylene shell, 55-durometer crepe rearfoot posts, poron plantar arch fill with a 1/16” puff bottom cover and a 1/8” puff cover/extension top cover to toes. Control Level: Moderate.
